Our 12 week programme consists of:
• 12 group sessions with a maximum of 15 participants, women only
• All programme materials including food plans, goal setting guidance booklet, Health Transform Journal to record progress, nutrition booklet.
• Weigh in each week (optional)
• Body circumference measurements at start and end of Programme (recommended but optional)
• Participation in accountability group
• Reading list
• Meal plans
What happens in the group sessions?
• Grab a cup of tea and weigh in (optional)
• Short group discussion to review how the week has gone
• Presentation of the week’s topic by Emma and/or Rachel often with handout containing further information
• Group discussion or group activity relating to the topic
What do you need to take part?
• To be in a position to commit to the Programme and invest in yourself for the duration of the 12 weeks
• Commitment to attend the majority of the group meetings
