Introduction

Quick fix/fad diets do not work for long term weight loss, they are not sustainable. Through a holistic, individualised approach, embracing a diet of inclusion; the twelve-week Health Transform Programme provides participants with the tools they need to ditch unhelpful habits for good, improve overall health and reach a healthy, sustainable body weight. The Programme promotes and supports healthy change for life.

We cover a new topic each week meeting up in a small, supportive group environment. You will be given the tools, information and support you need to be healthy, happy and strong, appreciating and respecting your body.
